a2z Announces More than 100 Shows Signed on to use FloorplanGenie

a2z, Inc., a Columbia, MD-based event marketing and management application developer, announced that more than 100 shows have signed up for the online floor plan management tool called FloorplanGenie.

This feature-rich, free tool - released just three months ago - gives trade show organizers the ability to access, manage, and publish event floor plans via any internet enabled device

“FloorplanGenie is great! FloorplanGenie publishes event floor plans to the web, including mobile and social media platforms in real-time, and streamlines the booth selection process for both exhibitors and show organizers. The color-coded floor plan is easy to read and navigate, the options for booth size and location are clearly visible, and the interactive floor plan and exhibitor list provide enhanced exhibitor visibility.

The application also provides attendees with easy-to-use printing options and a personalized expo plan that is accessible on mobile devices and Facebook using a2z’s ChirpE mobile and ChirpE Facebook apps.

Although the FloorplanGenie tool is offered free, a2z has developed a full complement of support tools including helpdesk services and video training. FloorplanGenie is available to trade show organizers for up to three events per year for events 10,000 net square feet (or 3,000 net sq. m.) in size or larger.
