a2z Adds Two New Members to Sales Team

COLUMBIA, Maryland (September 2, 2010) - Today, a2z, Inc., a developer of online event management and marketing software, announces that  Scott Temple joins the team as director of strategic accounts, and Chris Galione comes aboard as director of sales.

Scott Temple comes to a2z with over twenty five years of experience as an innovator for some of the industry's most recognized event companies.  Temple was most recently a senior director for SRJ Enterprises where he led sales, sponsorships and new business development. Prior to that, he was with Reed Exhibitions where he was responsible for global expansion, conferences and event development, launching new global brands in both the United States and Canada, and managing a series of IT security events, to connect IT companies with influential IT decision makers.


Prior to Reed, Temple’s career spanned two decades handling marketing, sales and operations for U.S. associations and trade show companies.


Temple has spoken at numerous industry events and is a member of the International Association of Expositions and Events (IAEE), Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA), and Corporate Event Marketing Association (CEMA - Past Member, Board of Directors). He holds a bachelor’s degree from the American International College and has completed some graduate coursework at University of New Haven.

Chris Galione joins a2z with more than 11 years of sales experience where he significantly enhanced bottom lines across diverse industries. Most recently, Galione was with National Trade Productions (NTP), where he sold exhibit space, online advertising, memberships and high dollar sponsorship packages. Prior to NTP, Chris handled tradeshow sales for the Biotechnology Industry Organization and Nielsen Business Media.

 Galione is a member of International Association of Exhibitions and Events, American Society of Association Executives, and Meeting Professionals International. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Alabama.
