a2z Releases FloorplanGenie, FREE Online Floor plan Management Tool for Trade Shows
COLUMBIA, Maryland (June 24, 2010)—a2z, Inc., a Columbia, MD-based event marketing and management application developer, announced that it has released a free online version of its popular floor plan management tool for trade show organizers. The platform called FloorplanGenie gives booth sales staff and exhibitors real-time access to manage and show the floor plan using any internet enabled device including iPad®. Attendees may also view the updated floor plan online or on a mobile device.
a2z is offering FloorplanGenie free of charge to trade show organizers. “Our objective is to expedite the diffusion of technology in the events industry. FloorplanGenie is similar to the floor plan management application that a2z offers in its full-featured event management software. Plus, it publishes floor plans to mobile and social media platforms such as Facebook® in real-time. Other features include:

- Merge, split, delete, revive, resize, rename and renumber booths easily

Although the FloorplanGenie tool is offered free, a2z has developed a full complement of support tools. FloorplanGenie is available to trade show organizers for up to three events per year for events 10,000 net square feet (or 3,000 net sq. m.) in size or larger.
